Upon receiving a returned item(s) a refund for the full cost of the item will be issued given that the item(s) are in their original condition (all shipping and handling must be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded).
Exceptions for the UK:
Those returning from the UK will have their initial shipping costs refunded.
Personal items (example: scrunchies, face masks, earrings) will be sealed and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
On sale items CAN be returned for those purchasing in the UK.
Exchanges will be made for products of equal value. Exact exchanges may not be possible depending on my inventory, but you may exchange for a different item if it is of equal value (shipping and handling must be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded).
If an item is broken or destroyed (ie: paper products bent or torn) please message me with a description of the damage and photo proof within 3 days of delivery (14 days for the UK)(according to tracking). Photos must include images of the shipping parcel as well as of the product(s). If the item is destroyed I can replace the item (excluding shipping costs, exception UK buyers). In the instance that I do not have the ability to replace your item(s) exactly (one of a kind items or I no longer have the specific materials needed) I can give exact store credit to you (excluding shipping costs, exception UK buyers).
Custom orders that require graphic design services may include a small design fee. Feel free to send me a message for a quote or questions.
Please note that every computer monitor is a little different and color displays will vary. Between this and photography please note that colors might be slightly different in person than on screen.
